The space is in the walkout basement of my home. It has tall ceilings, a private entrance and no shared spaces. This is a Sears and Roebuck Kit Home built in 1932. It is a Craftsman Style Home that has been added on to a couple times. This is our Home that we have renovated slowly over the years and want to allow people to enjoy our home the way we have. It is smaller but has suited our needs and hope it suites yours as well. It has a washer and dryer unit onsite as well. The front porch serves as a nice area to enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee.

Apple Tree Cottage Tiny Home

Come and see what Tiny Home living is all about! This cute little cottage is nestled along a big apple tree. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.
