There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main area of the villa with a kitchen and two large living rooms and a separate flat in the villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).
