Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area. Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 minutes walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.

On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
