The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts. Rosalie's Cottage is 20 minutes a way from Baylor University and Magnolia Market. It is located on a working ranch and the guests will have plenty of great views of the registered longhorn cattle, miniature horses and donkeys as well as llamas. Inspired by Bethany's mother and strong Czech heritage, Rosalie's cottage is warm and welcoming! There are two other cottages that sleep 4-6 people available for larger parties. The cottage is 500 sq ft with an additional 500 sq ft of porches.

Bring the whole family to our place with lots of room for fun. Located in Calvert Texas, we are 30 minutes from College Station, 1 hour to Waco. Bring girlfriends, kids, hunting buddies and stay with us. We offer plenty of parking for larger vehicles and trailers. We are a farming/ranching family. We have squeaky floors and faded clean carpet. Bath is shared with your guest only. We do have “spotty country internet” enough to do work, but might not be strong enough to support 3 tv’s.

The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Our cattle and chickens are also waiting to greet you.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.This is a new built tiny home.We built this tiny home the spring 2021 and we loved it.We are excited to be able to rent this out and make it a space for people to enjoy.It comes with a full kitchen and bathroom.The main bedroom is upstairs in the loft area.Its a spacious building with high ceilings.The parking is free right beside building the neighborhood is very quite.This space is ideal for long term renters.
