With fun sand bars at low tide and great fishing at every bend in the river, this is the place to play and relax. Fires during sunset as the tide goes in and out, a barbecue grill ready to go, and keep your eyes and ears open for all kinds of wildlife! Visit Historic Beaufort, Hunting Island, Town of Port Royal, and Parris Island MCRD - they are all close by!

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
