Sleeping up to 8, this 3 bedroom cottage boasts a small 2 storey outhouse complete with additional kingsize loft bedroom and games room, including ping pong and darts. A few moments walk from Braunton village centre, it's an ideal holiday location.

There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.
