It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. With 4 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, 2.5 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine you have everything you need for your home away from home experience! Lock your bike in a wet room attached to the house complete with tools and then enjoy a beer and BBQ on the deck with river views. A 3 minute ride to cafes, restaurants and the Trail Head!

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

THE CEDAR HOUSE DERBY

Cedar House has recently had some upgrades including a new bathroom. It is centrally located directly behind the bike shops and cafes located on Main Street in historical Derby. Perched high on the block the views from the deck are magical with the Ringarooma River below and the Blue Derby trailhead in your sights. A great base to discover the many bike trail options on the doorstep. If you are after comfort, convenience and location then the boxes are ticked!

Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

River Side Roost

Riverside Roost, aptly named after the legendary "Big Chook" MTB track, is a newly renovated three bedroom miner's cottage situated in the heart of Derby. Conveniently located 250 metres from the trail centre, The Hub - Pizza and beer store, and an 11 second run to the Dorset pub (in workboots), the Roost provides everything you need to enjoy your time away in the beautiful Derby.
