The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two queens, and one with a double bed. A sofa-bed in the liv rm. Can sleep up to 10. Additionally, air mattresses are provided. An RV site is also on-premises. Downstairs, a screened-in room with a refrigerator, sink, bathroom & laundry. The upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a boat lift.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
