High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
