This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Red Roof Loft @ FireFly Farm

Come enjoy wide open quiet spaces on our almost 30-acre farm. If you need time and space to unwind, you will find that here. Our farm includes 2 farm cats, Marshmallow (the cream one) and Leo (the black one) , a rescue dog (Linguine) and a few horses. If you are NOT an animal lover, Firefly Farm might not be a good fit. Marshmallow will sometimes make the top of your vehicle his little resting place. And if you leave your door open, he might just sneak right in. Just shoo him & he’ll listen.

A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

A calm, stylish space, filled with sunlight - the Studio is a detached 2'nd floor apartment, nestled in the heart of Forest Acres... SC's best kept secret! Take a relaxing walk around our beautiful old neighborhood and find delicious eats at highly-rated restaurants, groceries, dessert shops and local cafes. Just minutes from Columbia's storied cultural/musical nightlife, USC, the Koger Center for the Arts, Fort Jackson, Main St., and The Vista! (Age limit: must be at least 23 y/o to book).

The Little Cottage, Stateburg

The Little Red Cottage features a small bedroom with a double size bed and a closet, a spacious living room with sofa/roku TV and computer desk, and a bathroom with shower. It is nestled on 6 serene acres, among massive windswept Live Oaks dripping with Spanish moss, Palmettos, azaleas, camellia, magnolias and creape myrtle, yet so conveniently close to Shaw Air Force base, 30 mins to Columbia and Camden, close to all Sumter's attractions.

The Farmhouse @ Goat Daddy's

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Silvermane's Hideaway

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this home. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home gives easy access to dining, shopping, and Interstates. The home also comes with a full kitchen, exercise room, and small office with a queen size pull out couch. This house is connected by a garage to the house of the owner's, plenty of privacy but owner's are available. No animals are allowed in the home, if an animal is brought in the home a $600 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Our cabin is located in Stateburg, SC between Columbia and Sumter and within a 5-15 minute commute to Shaw AFB and Sumter. It is a convenient stop between I-77 and I-95 and has close proximity to Poinsett and Congaree Parks and The Palmetto Trail. It sits on top of a hill offering panoramic views, quiet, and privacy. Mine Hill sunrises and sunsets are stunning. Reserve as a stopover, a retreat from the workday, or a romantic getaway and enjoy our cabin as a home away from home.
