Small on space, big on Cape Cod fun! Spruce 8 is a cozy, pet-friendly cabin inside Sun Retreats Peters Pond, a seasonal vacation resort community. Best for up to five guests; maximum six using the sleeper sofa. Enjoy two bedrooms, air conditioning and heat, an equipped kitchenette, two TVs with basic cable, a covered porch, gas grill, fire pit, shared pool and beach access, and two parking spaces. Public resort Wi-Fi may be slow; bring a hotspot for dependable streaming or remote work.

This cabin was built in 1950 by one man, with minor cosmetic updates. 95% of this property is original and one of the last original cabins on Martha’s Vineyard.

We've remodeled our summer house with our young boys in mind and filled it with reminders of our years living overseas. This is our second home and many of our personal items are there.
