Die öffentliche Tram Station am Romanplatz erreichst du ebenfalls in fünf Minuten, ein Taxi Stand ist zwei Minuten entfernt.

Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Cafés, Biergarten , Pizzeria, Mc Donald, Tennisplatz , Badesee zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus: 100m (fahrt 10min zur S-Bahn) S-Bahn: in 20min im Zentrum von München.
