Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Borgo Fontanini is a 14th Century hamlet located in the middle of chestnut and oak trees forests. The Tower-house is one of the fortified, stone buildings complex. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a fireplace and a living room.
