SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY. Low Tide is a light open plan space with it's own access and parking (one vehicle no bigger than estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing and days out. Low Tide is a great base to discover the beauty of North Devon.

Relax in the garden, try some rough lawn tennis. Walk, run, cycle, golf , swim, surf. Amazing beaches, dunes, moorland, rolling hills, rugged coastline, a short drive away. You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
