Si trova in posizione strategica tra il lago Trasimeno e Perugia ed a pochi km dall'uscita della superstrada, utile a raggiungere i principali centri di interesse culturale, enogastronomico e paesaggistico dell'Umbria. Si trova inoltre in una posizione riparata dal caos del vicino centro abitato dove si trovano bar, supermercati, pizzerie, farmacie, per trascorrere giorni in totale relax in famiglia o con gli amici.

“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca è un tranquillo e silenzioso appartamento situato in una posizione strategica:dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle sue bellezze architettoniche, dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo all' E45 Perugia Prepo,all'Arena S.Giuliana e alla clinica Villa Fiorita.Di fronte casa vi è il parcheggio gratuito e a pochi passi vi sono le fermate dell'autobus.E' quindi ottimo per le famiglie ma anche per chi viaggia per lavoro.Sono graditi gli amici a quattro zampe

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. Maria della Misericordia hospital.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
