The Tower

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Studio with privacy and own space

The listing is for a studio/bedsit which is situated on our back garden. It has its own entrance with a double glazed door with lock. You would have your own parking space off the road and the studio is accessed up the drive and onto the garden. You will have free wifi and also full sky television in the studio. There is a shower room as well. We are situated in a quiet area not on an estate and our home is a detached bungalow on a row of detached bungalows.

Woolley Lodge Farm Retreat

A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
