Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet for a city setting. Duboce Triangle is a gorgeous, central neighborhood in San Francisco and arguably one of the best! Our walking score is 98. Enjoy Victorian houses and tree-lined walks to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, events, work, and easy access to public transit for all the sightseeing.

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

The Maple Cottage was designed by the owners to be a sanctuary for guests to their home. Surrounded by forest, Japanese gardens and water features, Maple cottage boasts large custom windows on all sides that let in ample light and provide views of the surrounding garden. The quiet, stand-alone cottage is nestled in between the two houses on the property. There is a garden patio for guests. Guests park in a designated parking area and a lit path leads you to the cottage.

Inside we have a full kitchen with everything for your culinary needs. Old style, wood burning stove, large TV, cozy couch and dining table.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
