Delight in the old-world charm of this apartment featuring traditional furnishings and vintage decor under a white coffered ceiling. Furnished with great care and style in the colors of taupe, light gray and white with some details in gold and black. 55-inchTV with Netflix available to our guests, fast WIFI via fiber, heating and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

Museum Suite - Luxurious unit with a River View -

The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

It consists of an entrance with living room with sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table. A suite with double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with double bed, another complete bathroom. Washing machine, AC, heating and latest generation wifi.

A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

This apartment owns its name to its wonderful view over the city monuments and hill surrounding Florence. This nice 40 m2 loft is on the 6th and last floor of an Historic Reinassance palace with Elevator. It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
