Three kingsize bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms on second floor, two with balconies facing the sea. Bed linen and towels are included. Rooftop with seating areas and wonderful views. AC and fans in all rooms. Weekly cleaning.

In 60 sqm there is living room with smart TV, designated working desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine, dining zone, bedroom with new king mattress, bathroom with rain shower, balcony. In front of the house is a loop pool.

This contemporary condominium is located on the 4th floor of a low rise building in a quite & transquil part of Pranburi just 30 minutes away from Hua Hin and just set back 100 metres from the sea. The room offers spectacular views of the seas and surrounding islands and mountains of the nearby Sam Roi Yod National Park. It has large balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and garden areas. The room size is 64 sq.m. and comes with modern interior and can be sleeps up to 4 people.
