This year-round destination offers something for every season; it is a 20min walk to the Village, a 4min drive to the beach, and 10min drive to the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in Collingwood. The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, including children, making it ideal for family gatherings and group getaways. Groups must be at least 23 years of age. STA License no. Relax with the whole family at our peaceful hideaway. We have a beautiful river in the backyard and a sandy beach fire pit. It's a minute walk to the beach across the street. It's also 30min away from the Blue Mountain resort. Please note that it’s a downstairs separate guest suite, you’ll have full privacy and the use of the entire backyard, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. My family and I live in the upstairs unit, you may see us in the main driveway. A charge of $60 per extra guest apply so 6 ppl
