Cozy cottage is close to skiing, downtown Boone, and Blowing Rock. You'll love the quiet neighborhood and mountain charm. You will have the entire basement (minus pottery studio) to yourself. A Keurig and French press are available for use and coffee, creamer and light breakfast items are provided. Listing price includes 2 people. A third may be added for $20/night. 3 people is the max. This is not a pet friendly property, and exceptions will not be made. Children under 12 are NOT allowed.

Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.
