So titled because the best tenant ever, Emily, lived here in our basement unit for 5 years until she moved back to Nova Scotia. She cared for it as if it were her own and we refer to it as Emily's apartment. This is a cute, cozy, quiet and CLEAN place to stay. We live in the house above and can help you with any questions. There is big backyard which we are happy to share with you. There are sunny spots to read but has plenty of shade too. The units ceilings are 8 feet high.
