Apartment in Funchal city centre, recently remodelled with a modern, cosy and comfortable decoration. Equipped with all the commodities necessary for a wonderful holiday. Includes two balconies and a parking garage available by request. Wi-fi access in all areas, living room, smart TV, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and also a laundry room with washing machine and steam iron. Our accomodation provides a welcome pack, bed linen, towels, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, coffee and tea.

There's a coffee shop/restaurant in front of the building's entrance and a tea house close by, perfect for breakfasts and lunches. We have the two existing apartments on the floor, appropriate for 2 groups who want to stay close to each other but separated at the same time Ideal for watching the end of the year's fireworks and for people who like to jog and/or walk along the sea.

A recently restored 18th century house, located in the historic center of the city, 40 meters from the City Hall and next to the Igreja do Colégio (Jesuits) and the University of Madeira. In this villa, there are 4 apartments decorated with antique and modern furniture. The original architectural features of the interior of the building have been preserved, allowing one to experience the life of bygone times with all the modern comfort.

This apartment with 103 square meters is located on the second floor and divided in two floors. In the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a french balcony. In the upper floor, there is a large living room with sofabed (capacity for 2 guests) fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and a charming balcony where you can have your meals.

It is a luxurious and comfortable apartment in Funchal's city centre, in Madeira island. Next to the Jardim Municipal (central garden) and the Baltazar Dias theatre. 200m away from the marina ( Our balcony overlooks the Marina ). Guests over 12 years of age, not resident in Madeira, must pay during the stay, a tourist tax of 2€ per guest, per day, up to a maximum of 14€ per stay per guest.
