You also get full access to the community kitchen, bathhouse, laundry, and other amenities. Take advantage of the scenic overlook facing west for spectacular sunsets and Hill Country vistas.

Inside there's a fireplace & cushy recliners and sofa, a big island kitchen (w/ stocked Coffee Bar), dining space, and a nice shower/bath. In the Bedroom is a cushy King bed, more seating, and ANOTHER fireplace. More cooking options outside, plus outdoor dining and comfy seating PLUS a fire table. Feel free to wander this great acreage; it's so pretty here.

Have a fun camping experience at Ranch 3232, 1.5 miles from Pedernales Falls State Park. This back in RV site is 16' Wide X 17' long with 50 and 30 Amp electric, Water and Septic. Our sustainable campground offers RV sites, campsites, cabins and glamping tents. There is a community area with grill, fire pit and kitchen for communal outdoor cooking. Our bathhouse has 4 private restrooms and showers with a vanity in each. We offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.
