Our 3 Bedroom Caravan sleeps up to 8 people, is double glazed/ central heated meaning you can enjoy a stay with us all year round! We pride ourselves on cleanliness, location on the park (cul-de-sac, walking distance to complex) and parking facilities (double space) We have a large outdoor decking space and partially enclosed garden. The Laurels- A Little Hidden Gem

The Laurels offers the perfect escape for couples and friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Inside The Laurels, you’ll find a double bed dressed with soft, comfortable bedding, tastefully decorated, perfect to escape from everyday life. For small families, we can accommodate a third person while we don’t keep a futon in the pod, one can be arranged upon request. The wood-fired hot tub requires logs, kindling, and firelighters. Available for purchase on-site before 5 pm, this is not pre-lit.

Holiday home ready for family breaks or peaceful get aways with loved ones and friends. NO stag or hens. Our caravan is located on Great Birchwood holiday Park, which is close to Lytham, Lytham St Anne's and Blackpool. These can easily be visited either by foot, taxi or bus, which stops right outside the entrance. The caravan sleeps 4, has a separate living area, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom. There is also wrap around decking for cosy nights under the stars.
