Parking outside suite (no turnaround) or street. Public transport 5 minutes away or 8 minutes by car to the central city. Ferry service to the viaduct harbour, Wine Bar, cinema, and restaurants nearby.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room.
