Leiligheten er lokalisert midt i Kaldvell naturreservat som er et eldorado av turstier, badestrender og naturopplevelser Vi har designet leiligheten sånn at den skal passe perfekt til en liten familie eller 4 personer. Den har en stor solrik terrasse med egen gassgrill slik at dere kan kose dere med utendørs mat på sene sørlandskvelder Leiligheten ligger 100 meter i fra sjøen og har barnevennlige badestrender bare 5-10 min gange unna:) Leiligheten ligger også bare 20 - 25 min i fra dyreparken.

Cabine by the sea, shoreline, peacful and central!

Do you like to the taste of sun, sumer and saltwater? Our cabin is having a perfect location, with sun from morning to evening. It is silent and relaxing, but also only 5 min away from Lillesand. In Lillesand you can walk among pretty and small white painted houses or enjoy a dinner at one of the local restaurants. It is also great to just hang around close to the cabbin where you can swim or sunbath. The children could catch crabs or you can go fishing. It is possible to rent a row boat.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Charming lakeside escape

A spacious and upgraded family cabin full of character, featuring its own private, shallow beach. Located just 15 minutes from Evje, this cabin offers total peace, bright summer nights, and the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation. For the adventurous, we offer use of a rowboat, canoe, and paddleboards, with excellent fishing right outside. The area is good for hiking in the summer and the snow-sure Høgås ski center is only a 10-minute drive away and offers excellent cross-country trails.

Lauvtjønnhytta

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Vei helt frem. Hytta med anneks ligger alene i skogen ved ett lite vann. Stor terrasse. Her er det helt stille og kun naturens lyder du hører. Fine tur og sykkel muligheter rett utenfor døren. Badeplassen er 10m fra hytteveggen. Annekset har 2 senger og vedovn og utsikt rett ut på vannet og naturen rundt. Hytten er ett gammelt restaurert skogshusvær med atmosfære. Her er det bare å åpne dørene så kommer naturen inn i stuen.

Large and idyllic holiday home close to the sea.

The site is originally a farm from the 18th century, and has been rebuilt over the past 15 years. Here you have all the facilities you need for a memorable holiday in Lillesand. The place has 2 acres of garden, 300m2 outdoor area with paving stones where the family can spend the whole day in the sun. The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.

Idyll på Sørlandet ved Tovdalselva nær Dyreparken

Flakk Gård ligger i naturskjønne omgivelse ved Tovdalselva. Leiligheten er totalt nyoppusset og er preget av sjarm og ro. Stedet passer bra for par, venner, familier (med barn) og grupper. Soverommene er til rette lagt for to familier på tur, men passer også godt for en kameratgjeng på fisketur. Tovdalselva er ei anerkjent lakseelv, og det tas stor fisk både oppover og nedover elva.

Nydelig sted i rolige omgivelser, egen strand

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Egen strand, tilgang til en kano, en liten robåt, to SUP, kjøkken og god boltreplass utenfor hytta. 1 times kjøring fra Kristiansand. Pga kjøring på gammel traktorvei inn til hytta (ca 2,3 km) anbefales bil med høy bakkeklaring (SUV). Enkel standard på hytten.

The house is started build in 1898 and finished 1927. The house are 30 meter from the beutiful Herefoss Fjord. In front of house you have Beach with volleyball net, playing ground for kids and diving Tower. Good Place for freshwater Fishing ! Salmon, Trout and more.
