There is also a jetty to moor your boat or you could just simply relax with the birds and dolphins watching the day go by in your very own little hideaway on this huge water front canal property. Skylight Retreat

Wifi now available Skylight Retreat is a light and airy, fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that can easily accommodate 2 families. The open living area has two wonderful skylights. Ducted air in all rooms will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.

Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax ,just one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Riverside Hideaway.

You’ve found it! This cosy little cabin is tucked away in an elevated position just metres from the river. You’ll enjoy your own private lawn area. It’s perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, or a romantic getaway. Across the farmland often has cattle or horses grazing. Follow the zig-zag path leading to the jetty. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Take a relaxing stroll down the beach, swim, surf or just enjoy the amazing sunsets or many dolphin watching opportunities. Short walk to Tods cafe (6 minutes) for great meals and coffee. Our studio is a cozy and inviting space designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light and beautiful calming plants. The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

You’ll love our rustic cottage because the location is very peaceful with many trees & birdlife. Pushbikes available to use for a ride along the estuary front. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers or anyone wanting a relaxing rustic break on the way south. Fully self contained, ideal long or short stays.
