Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by countryside, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' within easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
