It’s surrounded with some amazing local restaurants, bars, markets, transportation, beach and Old City, the town's oldest part.

Bienvenue chez Laurence et Claude, retraités tous les deux, nous proposons à la location un studio indépendant avec coin cuisine, attenant à notre maison. Situé à 3km de la mer et de Marineland, 15 km de l'aéroport, moins de 1.5 km de la Bastide du Roy. Parking gratuit. Je parle Allemand, et un peu anglais, mon mari Claude parle Italien, et mon fils parle anglais. Avant de réserver, merci de bien prendre connaissance des conditions générales dans la rubrique à savoir.

Propriété de 3500 m2 en restanques de pierres sèches, plantée d'oliviers centenaires, magnifique vue sur le village médiéval et les collines environnantes. Idéal pour se reposer au calme absolu à 30 mn de la mer (Cannes, Antibes, Nice) et à 30 mn des stations de ski. Commerces à 5 mn. Piscine privée chauffée (du 15 mai au 15 septembre) de 11 m x 5 m. Terrain de pétanque. Voiture indispensable.

Charming app: Nid de L'Airette,Biot

The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended. We have recently installed air conditioning.

Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The basement apartment is situated under our house. You find hiking and mtb tracks right outside the door. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 min to Biot village, by car. A spacious inside and outside living area with wonderful views. Due to stairs leading g to the apartment, it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.
