Մեր սեփականությունը գտնվում է Հիրան գետի ափին ՝ Գիր - ի կյանքի գծում ։ Գետի գեղեցիկ հոսքը կարելի է տեսնել մեր տարածքից: Սենյակները շրջապատված են փարթամ կանաչ մանգոյի այգիներով, գուավայի ծառերով, սապոդիլյա ծառերով և կոկոսի ծառերով: Տարածքը հեռու է քաղաքի, գյուղի և մայրուղու եռուզեռից (1.25 կմ), այնպես որ դուք պարզապես գտնվում եք մայր բնության գրկում: Ագարակում կա նաև 12 ակր գյուղատնտեսական հողատարածք, ուստի մեր հյուրերին մատուցած սնունդը պատրաստվում է այստեղ օրգանական հացահատիկից ։
