La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben.
