The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

Delightful Double Decker Bus with Hot Tub

Unique Stay in a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heaters upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months!
