It has 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom, an ensuite and a ground floor toilet. It has utility room,kitchen dinner and lounge area.There is free parking for 1 car and free on street parking. It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

This is our little terrace right in the heart of Hull’s Dukeries area. The neighbourhood is close by the city centre - the station and St. Stephens being only a few minutes' drive away. Likewise, KC stadium, in the opposite direction. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. The house has two double bedrooms and is equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay.
