At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

With stunning views of Snowdon the cottage has the Rhyd Ddu path, the Welsh Highland steam railway, Y Garn & Nantlle ridge on its doorstep. The cottage was refurbished in 2017 to a high standard. There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.

Clogwyn-Bach is the perfect walkers’, Family holiday cottage with direct foot path at the foot of famous Rhyd Ddu path(Snowdon). A traditional fully renovated cottage with log burner and enclosed garden, ideally placed for walkers, families, train enthusiasts . The Welsh highland railway trundles along though the village. You’ll find it in the village of Rhyd Ddu , 3 miles from Beautiful Beddgelert .

Ideally situated between Llanberis and the Pen y Pass car park, and only 200m from the park and ride for easy access to two of Snowdon’s most popular paths, or to Llanberis (£2 one way or £3 return - you can also pay by card now).
