Nestled in our private, quiet, sunny garden is Elsie the kitch caravan and annex. Attached annex doubles the space, includes toilet, shower, alfresco living, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, induction twin cook top, sink, leaner and barstools. Private access and off street safe parking. Suits seasonal workers, travellers or BTI students. Longer term stays welcomed. The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Kingfisher cottage -outdoor bath, fire, sauna

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

This private area is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Wear covering clothing outdoors for insects 15 minutes from Hobbiton, close to Te Waihou Blue spring and Waiwere falls. Arriving at night, follow the solar lights. Dogs are welcome but no aggressive dogs. Please take your waste with you, we have don’t have bins in rural areas.
