During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. RNO ID: 110401. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

The apartment is located in the Pobegi of the surroundings of Koper in the valley of the river Rižana, in a pleasant and quiet location. It is surrounded by nature and outside the city noise, and at the same time quickly accessible to the city center ( Koper, Trieste, Izola, Portorož ). The surrounding area offers many cycling routes and hiking trails, including the beautiful Parenzana route for cyclists Italy ( Miles - Poreč ) Croatia's long route is 130 km long.

Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

Il b&b Villa Moore si trova in una bella casa ottocentesca. Immerso in un giardino dai grandi alberi centenari, è un luogo ricco di fascino e di storia. Arrampicato sul colle di S.Vito, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, è distante soli 10 minuti a piedi tanto dalla centralissima piazza Unità, quanto dal Castello di S.Giusto.
