Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
