Just steps to the national forest, this fully equipped historic Tejano Canyon mountain home is 1,370 sf apartment with private entrance. The perfect blend of comfort and convenience to Albuquerque, Santa Fe and the East Mountains. Plan your vacation for hiking, biking, ski or just relaxation. This former 1925 Pine Cone Tea Room was the stopping off place for refreshments for those traveling back and forth to ABQ from the top of the Sandia Mtns, ski hills & trails. Then it was an all-day trip.

Come stay at our small homestead in this 1974 Airstream. This cute, clean camper is set next to our paddock with ducks, chickens, a few roosters (they will crow a lot), sometimes goats/horses, and our large dogs (they will bark). We are in the county, so we have a slightly rural feel and are a short haul from downtown (13 mi.) and the airport (17 mi.). Beautiful walk to the river (1 mi.). Come and go as you please. This is NOT a luxurious, quiet retreat, but it is a safe, unique and happy one!

Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.
