It opens up to a pool (for guests' exclusive use during their stay) by way of a 300SF covered balcony with dining and deep seating. Think of this as the pool house, we do. The home features sweeping views of the great sound with a direct view of the sun creeping below the horizon in the evening.

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Greenbank is centrally located in Bermuda and sits right on the water overlooking the small islands in the harbour. We have fantastic sunsets and lovely deep water swimming from our floating dock. We are just seconds from the Salt Kettle Commuter Ferry which takes you right into Hamilton City and only minutes from the south shore beaches by taxi or bike.
