The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Our cottage can be your comfortable home away from home. The galley kitchen features a gas stove plus oven, refrigerator and freezer, plus Keurig coffee maker. Want to make your own breakfast smoothie? There's a Vitamix for you. Prefer french press coffee? We have have a burr grinder and french press for you. Enjoy your breakfast or your evening glass of wine on your own private patio or kick back while watching your favorite show or movie on our smart TV.

This light-filled cottage is located in the backyard of our family home. It is brand new construction, equipped with everything you'll need: large kitchenette, TV, great wifi, and a small outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. We are located within easy access to highway 80, in between the North Berkeley & Ashby Bart Stations, close to San Pablo Park, UC Berkeley, and walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, and many wonderful eateries nearby.

Peaceful Garden Oasis

Slip into the backyard on our quiet street to find a vibrant garden beside a cozy Moroccan-inspired studio. Listen to the birds from the bedroom window and depending on the season, you may smell magnolia, jasmin or lemon verbana. There's a small bathroom with a shower, and some basic kitchen amenities--coffee maker (French press and drip), microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Please note: there is no formal kitchen to cook.
