Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

It is a superb base from which to discover and explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Kielder Forest and the historic market town of Hexham are a short drive away. The cottage also backs onto an 18 hole golf course.

The Cart House, Hadrian's Wall country

The Cart House is self contained accommodation accessed via its own front door. It comprises of a comfortable lounge and a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, sink, airfryer, kettle, toaster and dining table. There is also have a one ring table top hob and a grill. A separate shower room leads off the lounge area. The bedroom includes a king size bed set in the alcove of the original stone entrance. Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Farmhouse annex in Northumberland village

The Old Farmhouse is a period property in the village of Slaley. A separate annex offers guests a sitting room with wood burning stove and a large family bedroom. A separate kitchen provides full electric oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, and a washing machine. The Rose and Crown, is a community pub/restaurant located in the village and there is also a small community shop. It is only 1 mile to Slaley Hall with its excellent restaurant, leisure facilities and golf course.
