Located in one of Geelong's most sought after suburbs, this bright and airy private studio provides a welcome retreat close to the heart of the city, whilst offering quick and easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.
