L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova nel centro del Paese, ottimo punto di partenza per i comprensori sciistici del superski dolomiti e passeggiate sulle Dolomiti. Vicino a casa si trovano ristoranti, supermercati e negozi per ogni necessità. The newly renovated apartment is located in the center of Predazzo, excellent starting point for the ski resorts of the Dolomites Superski and hiking in the Dolomites. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla che affaccia sulla campagna. La città è facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina o con i mezzi pubblici o anche in bicicletta attraverso la vicina pista ciclabile. Appartamento nelle Dolomiti, splendide escursioni.

Appartamento situato nel Residence Rododendro, località Passo San Pellegrino, in comune di Moena (Tn), passo che collega Falcade (Bl) a Moena. E' a 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, e la pista da sci da fondo appena attraversata la strada. Ottimo punto di partenza per splendide escursioni. E' spesso utilizzato anche dalla mia famiglia e quindi ci teniamo che sia accogliente.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto.
