You can access 140 miles of trails straight from the house in less than two minutes. We are located on the Little Sugar trail system; take Lago Vista and it will connect you to the Land of Oz. Not into biking? Bella Vista has lakes, pools, tennis, golf and more. This family friendly house has a kids room and is perfect for family vacations!

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.)
