Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Coach House, GRAFHAM, Cambridgeshire

Welcome to our Lacewing Lodge, a barn style self-contained apartment within an oak-framed garage block. Uniquely comfortable and homely with idyllic views across the Great Ouse valley and surrounded by fields and wildlife. You will be self-contained and free to come and go as you please. The Kiln

The Kiln is an annex attached to our house, in a rural location north of Bedford. We have recently renovated the house plus The Kiln throughout. Importantly, you have your own space, kitchen, bathroom, living area and large double bedroom plus single bed if needed. Fully equipped kitchen along with a Nespresso coffee machine. Underfloor heating throughout, own front door, outdoor space with tons of parking!
