Relax in our private 1000 sqft apartment backed up to beautiful woods and stream. Sit outside and take in the sounds of nature and stream. While you are apart from the hustle and bustle of the city, know you are only minutes from Liberty University, Randolph and Lynchburg College, Centra Health, Amtrack, airport and downtown Lynchburg. Our two bedroom apartment offers a full bath, partial kitchen, dining and living room areas. Our hospitality includes communication, conversation and privacy.

Peaceful tiny house with amazing view of Sharp Top Mountain! Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

This gem of a cabin is nestled in a beautiful part of Virginia, surrounded by the majestic George Washington National Forest. Woody’s is only 30 minutes from Madison Heights and 37 minutes from downtown Lynchburg.

10 minutes from the heart of Smith Mountain Lake “Bridgewater”, 15 minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway. Come enjoy this cozy, peaceful space. Bring your family to enjoy smores in the fire pit, grilling on the back deck, and lovely creek in the back yard. 10 minutes away, host a beautiful Smith Mountain Lake with plenty of activities. Boat rentals, put put, arcade, and great restaurants just down the road. There is plenty of room for parking for all who want to bring your own boat.

Far removed from the road and any city noise, our cabins are nestled in-between pastures full of horses and cows, within an easy walk of a healthy creek and fishing pond. Between our breathtaking sunsets and our add-on options (horseback riding, wagon rides, hiking, fishing, a free petting zoo, etc.), there's not much that can beat the value of our facility. You get privacy without isolation, outdoors without "roughing" it, and all within an easy drive of Smith Mountain Lake.

Our private guest suite with its own entrance & patio is serenely located amidst lovely views of our landscaped gardens, playful horses, & magnificent mountains. If you want a place to kick back, unwind, & rejuvenate, our comfy guest suite is for you! We welcome singles, couples, small families, long-term guests and the family dog for an addition charge. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly restored cabin that dates back to 1890. Located between Bedford & Lynchburg, you are close to numerous local attractions while also enjoying life in the country. Relax with a book or cup of coffee on the porch or sunroom. Full kitchen has all you need to make meals. Step outside and look for deer and wild turkeys during the day, enjoy star-filled skies at night. Also, be sure to make memories out by the fire pit while you’re here!

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.

Enjoy gigabit internet to handle video calls for work while the other guests game and stream on multiple devices, unwind together around games, or rest soundly after a long bath to end an even longer day.
