Unser Appartement ist verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Düsseldorf gelegen. Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihr eigenes im Jahr 2022 neu gebautes Bad um einen stressigen Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Willkommen in Bergheim! Schöne 2-Zimmer, 52qm, in einem 2-Parteienhaus mit eigenem Eingang. Die Wohnung befindet in der ersten Etage. Über einen kleinen Flur gelangt ihr sowohl in das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und TV, als auch in das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, TV, ausklappbarem Schlafsofa (1,40 x 2,00 m). An die komplett ausgestattete Küche grenzt ein kleiner Balkon. Das Bad besteht aus einem separatem WC, Waschbecken sowie einer Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung.

Die kleine Scheune verfügt über einen separaten Zugang und ist Teil eines über 100 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus. Das Haus liegt zentral und ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie Imbiss sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Erdgeschoss befunden sich Küche, Bad und Diele. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer sowie eine Couch mit Fernseher (Smart TV). W-LAN ist vorhanden. Dazu verfügt die Unterkunft über eine Expressi Kaffeemaschine, ein Kochfeld, Mikrowelle sowie Kühlschrank.

The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.
