One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..

Located just off the main square, 18 Priory Court has been recently renovated to provide comfortable and clean accommodation. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes, with the historic Beauly Priory just round the corner from the flat. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room. The kitchen and shower room have both been newly installed in 2026. There is easy access to miles of walks along the river.
