Great Villa, Great Price plus Beach Locker

It is within easy walking distance of the beach and but a stones' throw from the swimming pool. As you can see it is two stories with two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor. There is a king-size bed in the master (with TV) and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. We also have a roll-a-way twin bed in case there is an additional guest. A washer/dryer is available on 2nd floor if needed; hopefully our iron and ironing board will continue to see little use. Downstairs you'll find a bright and cheerful living / dining area (with WiFi-DSL, TV, VCR and DVD) plus a fully equipped kitchen, adjoining breakfast nook and half bath. The far end of the living area is all glass from which to watch the golfers pass by on the 7th fairway. There is also a small deck equipped with tables and chairs from which to enjoy a book or a "wine and cheese" party in the evening. We have a private beach locker at the entrance to the beach. There you will find beach chairs and an assortment of "toys" for the beach. There is also a bike for your enjoyment on either the beach or the many paths throughout Shipyard Plantation. During June-August (vacation season) almost all of Hilton Head villas rent from Sat-to-Sat (7 nights). Our preference would be to rent weekly beginning on Saturday during these three months. ------------------------------------------------------

Updated Townhome Near the Beach, Tennis, and Golf

Spacious townhome style retreat just five minutes away from the beach in relaxing Hilton Head Island. This location is hard to match: neighborhood includes lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby (with a movie theatre and international cuisine literally across the street), as well as tennis courts and golf courses in the area. A convenient bike trail passes right by our door and takes you to the beach in ten minutes. Relax, refresh, recharge... just have a great time here!

This villa is perfect for the family beach vacation! We have little ones ourselves, so we've got all the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. We LOVE this villa because of its screened in porch, FREE TENNIS, and proximity to the beach. The screened in porch allows you to enjoy breakfast and happy hour free from mosquitoes and close enough to hear the waves! The beaches are far less crowded than other areas of the island, and it's very close to Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza.

Full kitchen, private washer/dryer, shared pool (seasonal April 1st-Oct 31st), quiet courtyard. Checkin is at 4pm. Traveling with larger parties? Things you can do without getting in your car: stroll on the beach, have a meal at the Sonesta resort, suntan at the community pool, play golf or tennis, ride bicycles. Pet's MUST be included in reservation dropdown at booking. Approval for 2nd dog prior to booking with additional fee charged. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
